1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and KaePay LLC ("KaePay", "we", "us"), the provider of the KaePay service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KaePay is a color-coded bill reminder platform operated by KaePay LLC. We help you track upcoming bills and pay them on time. We are not a bank, lender, or money transmitter.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where the Service is offered. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or joining the waitlist.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at kaepayapp@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping data, or using KaePay to facilitate illegal activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software belong to KaePay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that bills will always be paid on time, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaePay's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms, available at stripe.com/legal/consumer. KaePay is the seller of record and handles billing inquiries, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with our refund policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
